Client Hours By Position

This report shows a twelve-month breakdown of total hours worked by each position for each client.

  1. Open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Business in the left-hand pane.
  3. Double-click Client Hours by Position in the left-hand pane.
  4. The Report Options screen opens in the main workspace. Select the report options you require.
  5. Click Submit.

The Client Hours by Position report opens.

Report Options

Report Option Description
Month Commencing This field enables you to specify the start month of the span of time the report should cover.
Sort by Position/Employee These radio buttons enable you to specify whether the report will be sorted by position or by employee.
Grouping tab You can select project analysis groups to restrict the information included in the report.

Contents of the Report

Column Description
Position/Employee The relevant position or employee, depending on how the report is sorted.
Month Month of the year. There is a column for each month.
Total Total hours worked by the relevant position or employee in the span of time covered by the report.
