Adding a Task

  1. Open the Add On view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Task Manager in the left-hand pane.

    The Main Task Manager Screen opens in the main workspace.

  3. To add a new task, click the New Task task manager add task button.

    The New Task screen opens. Enter the relevant information.

  4. Click Submit.

A task number is now assigned to the new task, and the task is listed in the main Task Manager screen as a Pending task.

Short Description and Long Description

The Short Description text is always visible in the Task Details column of the main Task Manager screen.

However, the Long Description text is only visible when the Full Detail checkbox is selected in the main Task Manager screen.
