Block Time Entry

If you have the necessary system access rights, you can use the Block Time Entry utility to log time for a number of employees at once.

For example, you might want to make a block time entry for the whole company to cover a public holiday or a planned staff meeting.

  1. Open the Utilities view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Database Utilities in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click Block Time Entry in the left-hand pane.
  4. In the main workspace, the Block Time Entry window opens. Enter the relevant time entry information.

  5. You can use the Employee and Employee Analysis Grouping sections to specify which employees you want to include in the block time entry.
  6. Click Submit to make the block time entry.

The time entry has now been recorded for each employee you selected.

The Delete button enables you to delete a specified block time entry.
