Clients/Projects
This report provides a list of the clients set up in the system. You can use the filter functionality to restrict the information that appears in the report.
- Open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
- Click Listings in the left-hand pane.
- Click Clients/Projects in the left-hand pane.
- The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options.
- Click Submit to generate the report.
Contents of the Report
Some of the information that can be included in this report, depending on the report options you provide, include:
- Client Name.
- Status.
- Address.
- Phone Number.
- Fax Number.
- E-Mail Address.
- Contact Name (principal).
- Client Company Number.
- Client Tax Reference.
- Ledger Reference.
- Year End.
An additional Sort /Re-Order feature is available within this report.
Rearranging/Sorting Columns
You can click and drag column headings to arrange the report columns into the order you require.
To sort the list according to a particular type of information, click the relevant column heading.
