The task is added to the Task Manager, where it is automatically associated with the client, and with the default department if one was set up when you enabled the Client Task Tracker in System Options.
A Coretime user can open the task in Task Manager and add necessary details to it. For example, they can assign the task to a particular project, and to an employee.
The Client Task Tracker lists:
The status of a task is set by a Coretime user in Task Manager. Each status is signified by a colour:

A client can use the Client Task Tracker to approve work that has been carried out in their Coretime projects.
To do this, the client carries out the following steps:
Log into the Client Task Tracker.
For the purposes of approving work, you need to use the Client Task Tracker login screen located at a URL ending in TMCLITRACKER.DLL.
Typically, the URL looks like this:
http://[Coretime host]/tempus/tmclitracker.dll
To be able to approve work, the client requires a unique Client Manager code. The client must specify this code on the login screen, along with their other login details.
The Client Manager Approval screen opens. Each line in this screen shows the day-by-day work done in a particular project associated with the client. You can use the arrow buttons to navigate to different weeks.
Hover over a colour-coded span of work time to view basic details about it.
To approve a project's work in a particular week, select the relevant App checkbox, then click Approve Time.
The approved work items are no longer visible in the Client Task Tracker.
