Configuring your Browser for Export to CSV

If you want to be able to export reports to CSV files, you need to set up your browser appropriately.

In your browser, select Tools - Internet Options.
Open the Security tab.
Select Trusted Sites and Configure.
Select Local intranet and Internet, and click the Custom Level button.
Under the ActiveX controls and plug-ins page set the following options:
- Download signed ActiveX controls – Enable.
- Download unsigned ActiveX controls – Prompt.
- Initialise and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe – Prompt.
- Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins - Enabled.
- Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting – Enabled.
Restart you browser.
