Documents

1. Click the Add button in the top right hand corner of tab.
2. The cursor moves to the Document Path field. Enter the full document path, such as C:\My Documents\customer1.doc.
3. In the Description field, type in a brief description of the document.
4. Click Submit.

The document you have selected will now appear in the Documents tab.

Click the document link. The document opens.

To edit a document link, carry out these steps:

1. Click the radio button to the left of the document link.
2. Click Edit in top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Edit the document link.
4. Click Submit.

1. Click the radio button to the left of the document you wish to delete.
2. Click the Delete button.
3. A confirmation box will prompt you to confirm that you wish to delete the document. Click Yes.

The document you have selected is deleted.
