Export to CSV

This utility enables you to generate a report containing time and carry-forward entries made to WIP.

You can export the report data to a CSV (comma-separated value) file.

1. Open the Utilities view in the left-hand pane.
2. Click Database Utilities in the left-hand pane.
3. Click Export to CSV in the left-hand pane.
4. The Export CSV screen opens in the main workspace. Specify the relevant date range.

5. Specify the report options you require.

   Report options

   Report Option	Description
   Bypass Display	If the Bypass Display checkbox is deselected, the report displays onscreen.
   Report Output	Select CSV File to generate the report in the form of a CSV file. Select Excel 2000 to generate the report in the form of an Excel (.XLS) file.
   Report Filters tab	The Employee view enables you to specify which employees are included in the report. The Client view enables you to specify which clients are included in the report.
   Grouping	The Employee Analysis Grouping view enables you to filter the employees that will be included in the report by selecting analysis groups. The Client Analysis Grouping view enables you to filter the clients that will be included in the report by selecting analysis groups. The Project Analysis Grouping view enables you to filter the projects that will be included in the report by selecting analysis groups. In each case you can specify that an employee must belong to all the selected groups, or can belong to any of them.

6. Click Submit.

Note: The CSV file includes provides a summary of the report options you specified.
