Task List

When the optional Task Manager is enabled, you can view a Task List summarising the tasks assigned to you or your team.

The Task List makes it easy to:

To use the Task List, carry out the following steps:

  1. Open the Time view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Tasks in the left-hand pane.

The Task List opens in the main window.

Colour Coding

Task status is indicated by the colour code.

Colour Definition
Pending tasks
In Progress tasks
Completed tasks

Note: Only Pending and In Progress tasks are displayed by default.

Showing/Hiding Tasks

The three buttons at the top of the screen enable you to show or hide tasks of a particular status.

Button Purpose

Show or hide Completed tasks

Tasks Assigned to a Department

A task can be assigned to a department instead of to an individual. In this case the task appears in the Task List of every member of the department.
