The settings in this window enable you to set up how invoices are organised. These include:

Use Auto Fee Outlay |
When this option is enabled, you can configure the automatic inclusion of outlay when raising an invoice. You must enter the appropriate rates of outlay in Utilities / Client Utilities / Outlay for Fees. When the invoice is posted, the appropriate outlay amount will be added to the invoice automatically. |
Auto Generate Invoice Lines |
When this option is set to Yes, the system automatically generates populated invoice lines for tagged items. |
Auto Invoice Line Options |
This drop-down list enables you to control the layout of automatically generated invoice lines. |
Use Invoice Allocation |
Switching on this feature enables the Invoice Allocation report. |
Invoice Allocation for Department / Employee |
Enable analysis of invoiced values by Employee or Activity. |
Recalculate Profit / Loss when editing provisional invoices |
When this option is enabled, whenever you change an amount in a provisional invoice, the system automatically recalculated the invoice's profit/loss value. |
