The Summary screen shows a graphical representation of recorded time and expanses, showing the amounts of:

Team Chart |
The Team Chart enables a supervisor to view sets of employee time entries at a glance, and approve these entries. For more information, see Team Chart. |
Tasks |
When the optional Task Manager is enabled, you can view a Task List summarising the tasks assigned to you or your team. For more information, see Tasks. |
Schedule |
The optional Staff Planner enables a manager to set up a staff schedule by assigning employees to clients and projects. You can view information about these assignments in the Schedule screen and record time against scheduled work. For more information, see Schedule. |
Password |
This icon enables you to change your login password. (max. 10 characters) For more information, see Password. |
Approval |
Project Manager Approval is a feature of Sage Coretime that enables a project manager to review time and expense entries in a project they manage, and flag the entries as having been approved by them. For more information, see Time and Expense Approval. |
Find Details |
This option enables you to search your clients, projects, contacts or invoices using selection criteria. For more information, see Find Details. |
Summary Dashboard |
The Summary Dashboard enables you to generate a graphical representation of the Staff Productivity report. |
