My Favourite Reports
The Reports view's My Favourites icon provides you with quick access to your favourite reports. You can assign a name to a report with certain report options selected, and then make it a favourite. This enables you to generate the report quickly whenever you need.
Adding a report to My Favourites
- Open the relevant report page. (See Reporting for more information about the available reports.)
- Click the Favourite Report Settings (star) button at the top of the page.
- Enter a name for the new favourite report.
- Specify the report options you want to be included in the favourite report.
- Click Save.
Generating a favourite Report
- Click Reports in the left-hand pane.
- Click My Favourites in the left-hand pane.

A list of your favourite reports opens. To run one of these reports, click it in the list.
