Posting Expenses

The Post Expenses utility locks selected employees' expense entries entered up to a particular date.

You can also mark the relevant expense entries as supervisor-approved and project manager-approved.

You can add or edit posted entries only if you have been granted the relevant access rights.

To post expenses, carry out these steps:

  1. Enter the date.
  2. Select the expenses to be posted by choosing a set of employees (using either the 'Employees' or the 'Employee Analysis Grouping' filter).
  3. Click Submit.

The expenses are posted.

You can review posted expenses in the Employee Timesheets and Employee Summary screen.

 

Approval Process Complete

When you have finished this procedure, you have completed the final stage of the Time and Expense Approval process.
