Core time is the default number of hours per week that an employee is expected to work.
The Hourly Summary vs Core Time report shows the total time, including time in lieu, and overtime for the date range selected.
The employee's total time is compared to the employee's Core Time. The variance between them is shown in hours, and also total hours as a % of Core Time (productivity).
Note: The option is available to exclude overtime from the variance calculation.
The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options.
Note: Employees who work more than the required core time in one day are not automatically given credit for these extra hours in the next week.
