Analysis Groups (Project)

Project analysis groups enable you to analyse a project from different perspectives. (See Projects.)

For example, you can set up analysis groups to:

Associate a project with a partner or manager, or a business sector.
Categorise the project by number of employees or turnover levels.

Most of the major reports can then filter the amount of detail based on which project analysis codes are selected.

For example, you can add an analysis group to the Aged WIP report so that it shows Aged WIP only for projects associated with a particular department.

Sage recommends that you consider carefully what project analysis groups and codes are most appropriate for your business.
