Project Costs Report
This report has been designed for users such as Architects, Engineers etc. who would report on the progress of projects in terms of the project phases, budgets, costs and 'profit/loss' status.
- To open the report setup screen, open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
- Click Project in the left-hand pane.
- Click Project Costs Report in the left-hand pane.
- The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options.
- Click Submit to generate the report.
Contents of the Report
The Report Details are:
- The Project Code (Job Number) - as entered in the Project Details Screen.
- Client.
- Project Name - as entered in the Project Details Screen.
- Phase.
- Project Manager.
- Current Phase- this is the phase against which the latest time entry was made unless Show All Phases has been checked. If no Time has been entered then this will be Phase 1.
- Cost to Date (Time and Carry Forward) - Total value of all time entries entered against this project.
- Cost to Date (Expense and Outlay) - Total value of all expense and outlay entries entered against this project.
- Project Allocated Fee.
- Phase Allocated Fee.
- Charge to Date (Time and Carry Forward).
- Cost to Date (Expense and Outlay).
- Profit / Loss.
