When you make a time entry, you associate it with a project, rather than directly against a client.
This makes it possible to have several projects running concurrently.
Each client can have an unlimited number of projects, and each project can be billed separately or collectively.
See Editing Projects for more information.
To open a project, carry out these steps:
You can break a project down into phases.
The Add Project Wizard guides you through the process of setting up a project.
You can limit an employee's access so that they can work only on specific projects. For more information, see Edit Projects.
