Additional (Project)

To set additional details for a project:

  1. Open the Project view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Select the project.
  3. In the main workspace, open the Project Details tab.
  4. Select the Additional tab.
  5. Specify the necessary settings.

    Field Description
    Start Date The start date of the project.
    Billing Date The agreed date for billing.
    Due Date The date that the project is due for completion.
    Invoice Footer Text This text will be displayed in the MS Word Invoice and the MS Word Statements as the bookmark 'ReferenceNotesP1'.
    Office

    This field enables you to associate an office with the project.

    If the Use Autoinc. for Project Code and Use Autoinc. by Office for Project Code system options are enabled, the office code is automatically added to the start of the relevant project code.
