Service Providers

Most organisations engage other companies to provide services such as:

• Government filing expenses.
• Legal fees for company searches.
• Courier charges to deliver and collect documents.

Such a company is called a Service Provider.

You specify the service provider when you are recording outlay.

Adding a New Service Provider

1. Open the Edit view in the left-hand pane.
2. Click Service Provider.
3. Select the NEW button and enter the name of the new Service Provider.
4. Click Submit.

Editing a Service Provider

1. Open the Edit view in the left-hand pane.
2. Click Service Provider.
3. Select the Service Provider in the drop-down list at the top of the screen.
4. Click EDIT.
5. Make any necessary changes to the service provider.
6. Click Submit.
