The system options in the Other tab are organised into a number of categories:

Amount of Clients in Tree view | The number of clients in the Project list can be set here. |

Default Budget Off | When this is selected, the Active checkbox in budgets is deselected by default. So budgets are inactive by default. |

Budget Charge Out Rate Precedence |
When you select Standard, budgeted charge-out rates override charge-out rates for WIP at Zero activities. When you select Precedence for Activity - WIP at zero, charge-out rates for 'WIP at Zero' activities override budgeted charge-out rates. When you select Precedence for Worktypes (non-standard), charge-out rates for non-standard worktypes and overtime override budgeted charge-out rates. For example, if a worktype has a rate of 125%, and the budgeted rate is €75, the actual charge-out rate applied is €75 * 1.25 = €93.75. |

Amount of Report Pages Displayed | This selection will determine the speed at which certain reports will load; i.e. if set to "1" +/- 20 lines will be displayed and if set to "2" +/- 40 lines will be loaded. |
Show Blank Logo on Report Pages | This option enables you switch on or off the report logo. |
Report Excel Export - Time in form HH.DD | When this option is set to Yes, time entries that are exported to Microsoft Excel are expressed to two decimal places rather than as hours and minutes. For example, 1 hour 30 minutes would instead be expressed as 1.5. |
Reports - Create Export - Email to user as Default |
This option enables you to generate a CSV version of each of the following reports:
You can open the CSV to view its contents. You can also e-mail it to users. |
Restrict Report Selections | Restricts report to one Client at a time. |
Restrict Employee Report Filter |
If the option is selected, a supervisor will see only employees on their own team when they are generating a report that involves selecting employees. It does not take account of the use of Supervisor Chain. |
Set Project Report Filter to All | When you select this option, the project filter will include both active and inactive projects by default. |

Assign to default Department |
This drop-down list enables you to specify a default Department employee analysis group. Tasks added by a client in the Client Task Tracker will automatically be assigned to this department. |
Task Manager Setup Option | This drop-down list enables you to specify the format in which task information should be displayed. |

Apply User Profile Employee Restrictions |
When this setting is enabled, a user will see their own details only in the Staff Planner, unless they are a Supervisor or Head of Department. So, for example, consultants or contractors working for the company can use the Staff Planner without any access to other staff's details. |
List All Available Employees | You can configure the Staff Planner to display only scheduled users, or else display all users. |
Multiple Planning for an Employee's Day | This setting enables you to schedule multiple tasks for an employee in the same day. |
Allow Extended Planner Checks | Select Yes to enable extended Staff Planner checks. |
