Staff Productivity

This report displays the total amount of Chargeable, Non-Chargeable and Unavailable time within the date range selected, for all employees or selected employees. It also provides a year-to-date summary for all employees.

  1. To open the report setup screen, open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Employee in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click Productivity.
  4. Click Staff Productivity in the left-hand pane.
  5. The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options:

    Option Description
    Non-Chargeable The Non-Chargeable option breaks down the Non-Chargeable values by Activity.
    Unavailable The Unavailable option provides a breakdown of unavailable time per employee.
    Include Our Costs The Include Our Costs checkbox enables you to include an estimate of the cost of non-chargeable and unavailable time.
    Format In

    The report can be formatted in Hours, Value or Employee Cost.

    Group by Position Select Group by Position in the Grouping tab if you want employees to be grouped by position in the report.
  6. Click Submit to generate the report.

Contents of the Report

The report provides a % Productivity value for each employee:

 

    Chargeable Time  
% Productivity = ------------------------------------------ * 100
    Chargeable Time + Non-Chargeable Time  

 

Note: Unavailable time is not included in this calculation.
