|
Use Autoinc. for Project Code | Allows automatic allocation of Project Code numbers. (Only available when Project Listing is used.) |
Use Autoinc. by Office for Project Code | If this option is enabled, when you are adding a new project, and an office is selected, the project codes increment by Office Project Code. If it is not enabled, incrementation is carried out using the System Project Code. |

Project Code Padding | This option specifies the minimum number of characters an 'autoinc' (automatically generated) project code will contain. |
Use Phase | Selecting this checkbox enables the use of phases in projects. |
Phase entry mandatory for Time & Expenses |
Selecting No makes the entry of a phase in time and expense entries optional. Selecting Yes makes it mandatory. |
Order Phase by name |
Selecting Yes makes the system order project phases based on their names. Selecting No makes the system order project phases based on the order of their creation. |
Use Sage Coretime Solo (Offline Module) | Select this option if you need to use Sage Coretime Solo. |
Use Multiple Employee Sage Coretime Solo (Offline Module) | Select this option if you need to use Multiple Employee Sage Coretime Solo. |

Use Strict Budgets |
Restricts project activities available to users. When Use Strict Budgets has been selected, if the employee's settings conflict with those of the budget, the budget settings will take precedence. For example, suppose that Employee A, a manager in the organisation, is assigned to Project Z. The Project Manager creates a Standard Budget, but excludes the position Manager from the budget. Employee A will not be able to make time entries in Project Z because he has not been budgeted. The same restriction applies to non-standard budgets. |
Use Overtime with no Charge Out | Allows entry of Overtime without the project attracting a charge. |
Allow Detail Search in Edit | This setting will allow a rapid search ability for Employees, Clients, Contacts and Projects in the Edit menus. (e.g. a search by 'ch' will find all employees listed with the first two letters 'ch' as in Chandler , Chapman, etc. |

Show WIP Recovery |
Select this checkbox to enable the Aged WIP with Recovery report. It adds the Show Recovery W/O report option to the Write-Offs report. This option also enables you to create and edit write-offs. Use Fund Detail |
Select this checkbox if you want to be able to set up funds in your projects. Each employee who will need to work with find details need to be granted the Project Details - Fees / Fund Details permission in their user profile. |
Use WAN option for all users | When this option is selected, all employees will use WAN time entry. |
Assign Employees to Projects | Example: if some time was entered against user X and they were later removed from accessing the Project they just entered time against, they would still be able to enter time against that Project by selecting from their History Bar, unless the System Option Apply to History Review is set to "Yes". |
Allow Duplicate Client Ledger Codes | When this option is set to Yes, two clients in Sage Coretime cannot have the same Ledger Code. This is to eliminate the possibility of conflicts in links to external systems that use ledger codes, such as Sage 50. |
