'List All Available Employees' Option

You can configure the Staff Planner so that you can display only scheduled users, or else all users.

  1. Click System Setup in the left-hand pane's Utilities view.
  2. Click System Options.
  3. Expand the Other section in the main window.
  4. Set List All Available Employees to Yes or No, as appropriate.

 

You can toggle from one setting to the other within the Staff Planner by selecting and deselecting the View All Employees checkbox.
