This report details all activities entered in projects belonging to selected clients over a specific date range. It shows whether the activities have been approved
The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options.
Column | Description |

Client / Ledger Code |
The client in whose project the relevant activity was carried out. The client ledger code is also displayed if you selected the Show Client Ledger Codes report option. |
Project | The project in which the relevant activity was carried out. |
Phase | The phase of the project in which the relevant activity was carried out (if relevant). |
Activity | The activity type. |
Employee | The employee who carried out the relevant activity. |
Date | The date on which the relevant activity was carried out. |
Description | The description (sometimes referred to as "notes") provided in the time entry that recorded the relevant activity. |
Hours | The number of hours spent by the employee performing the relevant activity. |
Value | The amount charged to the client for the relevant activity. |
Approved | This column specifies whether the relevant activity has been approved. A tick icon signifies approval, and the absence of an icon signifies that the activity has not been approved. |
Cost | This column shows the internal cost to the business of the activity being carried out by the employee. |
